Ok this was the deal of a life time!
I am in Florida visiting my mom. Hitting local scrap store. nothing too amazing...
But then we run into Craft Depot! OH MY! there was a sign over the card stock, 5 for $1 (ok that is an average sale.) I see all the new disney paper..I take a sheet over to ask the price...
The lady says, "is it 12x12?"
me;"yes"
Lady "5 for $1"
me: "what about the velumm?"
Lady: "is it 12x12?"
me "yes"
Lady "anything 12x12. 5 for $1"
I even then told her this was all brand new stuff and i have never found vellum at this price,was she sure...she said 'that is what the ad says so we have to honor it!
I of course then said...."could you please catch me because i am going to faint!" LOL! she didn't see the humor!
So 60 sheets later Iwas one happy scrapper....
I then went back the next day...I just had to have more! Saw the same lady got very excited!...she started to sort my paper. I asked why and she said it wasn't on sale. I said, But it was yesterday... She said she got in big trouble with her boss...it wasn't suppose to be.....
I felt a tiny bit bad...but I gave her many times to double check...Oh well. At least I have 60 sheets of paper! I got lots of fancy stuff! not all Disney. But anything that said 99 cents! it was mine!

What a great deal! And, really, she is the one that told you that it was on sale (several times)! What were you supposed to do, insist on paying full price? 
I wouldn't feel guilty either, it isn't like you didn't ask her!!
