I just won a yrs worth of AAA in a contest online. We are booked at Pop for 3 nights of our trip and we have already paid it all off. My question is can I call CRO and add the AAA discount or will it cost me considering we are already paid off. Is a room only Dec 6-9th. Thanks!

Yes, you can if its still available. Call the cro office and ask if the aaa rate is available for your resort / category? or whatever you want, upgrade? Or ask what is available in value category with aaa these dates..... You might get a few options and the price could be something you might consider. If its available they will credit your account the extra money or return to your cc. as you request.

I didn't need my number to call and reserve. I was asked for it and told them I hadn't received it yet. The gave me the rate and told me to be sure and have the card available when I checked in. So call now and reserve.

I second this!!!! Didn't need it when booking. Need proof at check-in.

Well I took yall's advice and called and explained I didnt have my card yet. She was SOOOOOOOO Nice! Checked to see if there was AAA availibilty and there was and she booked it for us! Save me $53!! SHe said they would be sending us a check fro the refund amount as we paid by check and they wont credit it to the room. So it is so nice, 3 days for $211 at Pop!! She did say to have my card at checkin which I should have by then, thanks so much!! I get to do my ADR's tomorrow, it is starting to feel real now!
