They are probably waiting to see if they are going to get a bailout before they can continue.
 
Ok my dude barely spoke a lick of English he said that they cs reps that deal w/ this promo isn't in...they will be at 8am. I think I am going to hang in till 127am

but one thing I did get out of him is that the promo is still going on.
 

You might want to mention that every message board online has people who swear they will NEVER use their company again

here, slickdeals and flyertalk to name a few
 
Ok, so here I sit. Cross eyed, and nearly blind, and noone has any answers.:confused3
 
There is a "Contact Us" option on the bottom of their page, for those who may be interested in emailing them rather than calling. I just sent them an email.
 
So far I have been told that they have no idea why this is happening and that the manager and IT person arn't there to answer any questions. Also said there are tons of calls coming in about it. I told her to call her manager right now and figure it out. She put me on hold to call her manager.

The Manager and the IT person probably don't have to work nights. They have got some poor non-management person in an "acting supervisor" position so that all the Managers and IT people can go home at night.
 
:sad: I knew this was too good to be true! I can't believe I missed American Idol for this! Can I have the last 24 hours of my life back???

here's the deal guys - I spoke to "Chloe" at the CS line, and she told me that the promo has NOT been canceled, that they have received a lot of phone calls about it only running today for one 5 minute period, but that she has no insight as to why that is. She assured me that her manager would call me back tomorrow and explain the situation for me. I'm not sure what that means, or what it will do for me, but you better believe that I'm going to give the manager hell if I don't hear a satisfactory explanation, up to and including demanding that he honor my claim for a 7 night stay for $1. So, if this woman is to be believed, the promo WILL run again tomorrow, and I will be speaking with the management of Travel Holdings, LLC.
 
still waiting for her to come back, but I did tell her that there are 1000's of people really p***** off and are going to boycott their company.
 
I hope that all of you who stay up can win a great room deal! I am going to call it quits. I can't wait to check in the morning and see if the promo actually happens while I am sleeping. I hope that it does.

Makes you wonder though if it's still going on for tomorrow and next week or still going on tonight :confused3
