Has anyone actually booked and room and had this work? Have you actually checked into the hotel, checked out and not been surprised with "sorry but the rooms are actually $.....?

I'm hoping that someone has actually used the TA before and it isn't a scam. I have a lingering doubt......

GRRRRRR. I was actally a bit happy that I missed the earlier promos and that I could relax today (I did catch the ones at 1am but never got in) all set to actually CLOSE my laptop today and get some things done around the house. We have family coming in from out of town, a Superbowl party, and I haven't done ANY cleaning or shopping!!!!

My dh is laughing at the email...and laughing at my madness. At least he's being a good sport about it. We are actually already heading to WDW with a planned trip we got through another promo (Sheration Vacations) so I was looking for our anniversary...we're trying for Cabo. No idea if I'll even get anything decent...but it's worth a try.

I might just try to listen for the Chatango beeps today. If I get it, I get it. If not, I'll be ready to concentrate full force next week.

Thank god that I got almost all my cleaning done....however, I will be gone for about 20-25 to take my son to school and I hope it does't happen then. I am defifnitely not going to Target today...LOL

hotels page, i just kept refreshing that and when it's time the little clock pops up in the corner with it's annoying ticking.

Question for all of you that have booked nights with this site....

Have any of you received the billing on your credit card statement? It just seems too good to be true. Heck, for $1/night, I'd book a hotel in the same city as me just to "get away" - maid service... room service.... ah

Anyways, I am just so skeptical. Are you SURE there are no taxes or hidden fees? I'd hate to book a few nights thinking I'm going to have a $3 charge, but yet they hit me with an additional $200 in taxes/fees.

Anyone???
