I just got a FREE hotel stay in NYC!!! (Disney Hotels Coming Up!)

I have no idea what KWIM means.

Does anyone know anything about Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand??? It was the Hyatt, they recently changed ownership. I hope I don't get Montezuma's.

I had my 40th b-day 2 weeks ago, so this is my present. My friend & I will go, DH will stay home with the DK's.

I wanted the all incluive but it was not up.

I kept refreshing & then the video popped up. I ws aready logged in w/ my dates & Cancun.

I chose the hotel & proceded. The clock was ticking the entire time. So nerve racking.

Well interesting enough Thomas is in Hong Kong said the manager will not be there until 8am EST. He assured me that my card will not be charged and my sale went through at exactly 1:28 am and 48 seconds. Which is amazing because when I went to the confirmation page and it said balance due $6 it said I had somewhere around 40 seconds left. I'm happy for everyone that got through and got a good deal but I'm feeling a bit scammed.

Did you have more than one choice on the room? I didn't. I picked the only one that showed up. I should have picked Oahu and not the Big Island, though, in hindsight.

And I just told DH the dates: He's going to Hawaii for his birthday!

I wonder if the next one will be at 6:02 the other time that showed on the clock in the video? I don't think I'd be able to wake up I'll have to set the alarm to check or will that be PST instead of EST?

They really should just give you the room you had at the $1 rate. Tell them you are talking to the world on the internet...and they also have a Facebook page.

The funny part is I had a page minimized with Disney rooms, I knew exactly where the Poly was. I signed on to a new screen and nothing. I refreshed that page I had minimized and all of the Deluxe resorts were gone so I just picked one. I would never pay $800+ for ASMO. Does anyone know where to find when the time started?

I just got off the phone with them. A manager is supposed to call me in the morning to deal with my issue. I explained what happened and told him that when it said my card was not valid it gave me the option to enter a different number. I told him that I chose that, but then it started the videos. He said that shouldn't of happened. I don't expect them to do the right thing. I'm sure i'll get brushed off

Okay - so got CBR that I wanted. When should I feel safe that it all went through okay - I need to cancel my original ressie for CBR I made through Disney. Should I wait a bit before cancelling my original one to be safe?

Oh, that's a nice Hotel! Don't feel bad, it is lovely there! I've stayed there before myself.

I know what you mean, though. I accidentally booked my room with a double bed. HAHAHA! I'm going to call the hotel closer to our stay and see what they can do about that. We each have bad backs, there's no way we can fit in a double without injuring ourselves.

I would wait a few days to get you in the CBR's system and then call to verify your new reservation and then cancel the first one you have.
