I like the frozen bread dough - it smells wonderful and is so easy. I am making a loaf today. It will make up for the "yucky" leftover dinner I am planning.
Maybe you forgot baking soda..............I know when I tried to make Bannana bread the other day, I didnt have any and my mini-loafs were pretty heavy
