I just ate a whole can of whipped cream

I saw this when you first posted but will now ask since we are almost at the 2 hour mark, how is that belly feeling?

I love whipped cream but I can't imagine my tummy being up to an entire can :scared: If you have no trouble I will be officially impressed.

Yeah I'm not feeling too well. Big mistake. But not too bad. Lesson learned!

i find the devious and sinful pleasure of eating a whole can of whipped cream amazing ... I only did it once (wasnt pregnant) but i did feel sick afterwards. Oh a can of whipped cream and cookies = break up food!

You know you only are supposed to gain about 3-4 pounds the whole first trimester.

I could be wrong (and I don't have a can handy), but I don't think there's as many calories in a can of Redi-Whip as one might think.

No not in the recommended serving size! there are only 20 calories in a serving BUT there are 56 servings in the can.

so she just ate 1,120 calories. 840 of which are from fat.

I highly doubt she does this often... I think she'll be okay!

Am I the only one thinking she was totally doing something else??? :rotfl:

No I can assure you it was Redi-Whip, and I've never done anything like that before and I paid the price this evening.

I do work out everyday, and have been a healthy eater my whole life. I never had a weight problem. I was a cheer flyer in school and it made me especially aware of keeping my body trim and strong. I swear I will not eat another can of whipped cream again!

Your pregnant, you are entitled to a little (not a lot, but a little indulgence). I love real whipped cream, the Redi-Whip is okay, but nothing like the real cream.

Would you believe I've never had real whipped cream? Well, not that I know of anyway.

I'm a big vegetable eater, I love raw vegetables. But that can was calling me!

I try never to admit this publicly but...

I actually prefer canned whipped cream to real whipped cream.

:ssst:

Whipped cream is good on almost anything!

And it's good by itself too! :rotfl:

What about Cool Whip?

I'm not a huge fan of Cool Whip, I prefer my whipped cream in a can. But I won't complain about Cool Whip! If it's there, I'll eat it.

Every year after Thanksgiving when we still have a little whipped cream left over from the pumpkin pie, I put a squirt of it on my yogurt at breakfast. It lasts for about a week... sooo good.:lovestruc Especially with some raspberries or blueberries on top. Mmmm!

Just not the whole can! omg I was sick for about 2 hours! My stomach is totally empty now and is still mad at me.

My mother never bought Cool Whip when I was growing up, she said it was full of chemicals!

And the yogurt, whipped cream and berries sounds yummy!
(By the way, autumnpalm, that's my favorite Bible quote.)
