I swore I absolutely would NOT buy anything related to fall or Christmas yet. I would not leave summer without a fight. I would not think about fall or the upcoming holidays.
Well, yesterday I was out and about and before I knew it, I found myself cruising the aisles of The Christmas Tree Shop. Big mistake. I'm always saying that The Christmas Tree Shops only exist as a reminder that there are tons and tons of merchandise out there that you really DON'T need, but you absolutely MUST have!
I caved, and I a bought a few Halloween decorations.
Then I found myself standing in Border's in front of a large display of board games, all at 50% off. I purchased the Harry Potter Scene It game and the DaVinci Code Mancala game. I've put them away for DD for Christmas. They were half-off. What else could I do?
