Hello all....cruising on May 10th...5 weeks away....made another reservation last two weeks ago for September on the 3 day Wonder...but here is the deal...my wife and I are going in May on the 7 day Magic(our replacement cruise for being cancelled on 11/30 due to the illness), and she does not know about the cruise in September....her mother lives in Florida and my daughter who lives with us will be coming also.....I had all the info etc. sent to my mother in law in Florida...checked the web site the other day and they changed my address for my May reservation to Florida...so if they sent the doc's for May to Florida and my mother in law sends them to us...she will know something is up....why would they have her address....I called DCL yesterday and they said that as a repeat guest, when you change an address for a future cruise it changes all the addresses on your reservations.....so they changed May back....but now I cannot access my reservations on the web site....Anyone else encountered this problem....want to pull off the surprise bad....we are going to Disney for 6 nights...the first 3 at the parks and then 3 on the Wonder.....gotta pull off this surprise.....

On the online reservation just try adding your MIL's phone number and the reservation # where asked. We are travelling with another family and I made all the ressies but DCL required our friends full address and phone number on their ressie. My name is not on the ressie at all, but since I have their phone number and ressie # I can pull up their ressie when I need too online. Not that I am nosey, I am just the one coordinating the whole trip and I periodically check the ressie to see if we were assigne cabins yet!!

Did your MIL ever travel with you before on DCL...if so, that is probably how they would have her address.

while u r on board in may , check to see if they will add the rebooking credit to the sept. reservation ... even though u have it booked already .... they did this for us ..we went last may and had a cruised booked for dec. and they actually canceled resevation and gave us new one with the ship board credit price was a little less and kept the same cabin secret porthole....

Hello all...and thanks for kind words and info....hard to believe we will be leaving in 5 weeks for our "MAGIC"al cruise.....funny, my wife and I were discussing this new illness....the SARS thing....and she said with our luck they will cancel this cruise....funny girl she is.....but anyway....looking forward to this cruise more than you know....have a good one all....

Make sure the documentation department knows - their number is 877-566-0967 (toll-free)

They have a way of adding an 'alternate address' -
If I were you I would keep your MIL address on the res for now - so it doesn't ruin the surprise for Sept. Just add your address as the 'alternate address for delivery'.
