We had an ADR at 7:00 with fireworks at 8:00, of course with all the planning that was not a coincidence!! We were seated away from the windows. When the music came on and the first fireworks went off it was Magical! The look on my one daughter's face was priceless. You can't really "see" them, a few you can but they are blurry with the windows, but you can see the colors and it was amazing. Truly a memorable experience. Everyone erupted in applause when it was over.

Everyone enjoyed their meal. In fact one of our top 3 meals. They did forget to bring out our appetizers. To make it up they brought out a second steak meal for my son and extra appetizers for us to sample. Really wish they didn't offer chicken nuggets for the kids because of course that's what both of my girls wanted. It was an outstanding experience!!

We had the same great experience although we were closer to the window. It was absolutely one of our best experiences at Disney ever. The food was also much better than our first time 5 years ago. A couple became engaged right in front of us and that was also so magical. I was tearful the whole time. They said that happens a lot. It really is special.

We've been there for fireworks twice. The second time, my (now) hubby proposed right before the fireworks. We've never had anything but a window seat (even at breakfast), but I think it's because we're a party of two. However, I do enjoy the fireworks from there even though it's not a clear view. It's really a wonderful experience.

It is wonderful! Quite the splurge but I had tears in my eyes the whole time! Absolutely one of the best experiences!

We have dined there during the fireworks a few times and all of the times we have, it was so magical. The best place to view the fireworks from up there IMHO, is out on the balcony. The servers have always insisted (at least to us) that when they start to go off, we can just get up from the table and head out, then return to the table afterwards. Also, if the fireworks start to go off, and your food has not yet arrived to the table, they will hold the food until the fireworks are done, so your food doesn't get cold. We really enjoy our meals there (both pre and post refurbishment), however I do have to say that even though eating there during the fireworks is indeed magical, we really like to dine there right when the restaurant first opens for the day (5pm) because it's really cool to gaze out over to MK as the sun is setting and still being able to watch all of the rides working (of course it is much better if you have a window seat during that time), and if you want to still see the fireworks from up there later, just hold onto your receipt and they will be glad to take you up there again. I'm so glad that you all had a fantastic time.

Hmmm, this almost making me want to change our adr time from 7:10 to later...It's a 10pm Wishes night we are there....But it's our first night and I'm not sure if the kids would rather have a clear view of the fireworks or not (tradition for us to watch Wishes on the first night at Disney).

We ate there on Jan. 12th and saw the 8pm wishes. I was certainly surprised how much of the fireworks we could see. It was an awesome experience.

OP, I just figured out that you were talking about Cinderella Royal Table....for some reason I was thinking when I saw CRT, you were actually talking about California Grill....so my whole previous post was in regards to CG NOT CRT....so so sorry for the confusion :o. But to post correctly....yes we have dined at CRT while the fireworks were going off and it was very very magical indeed. I would highly recommend it as well, if anyone ever gets the chance. Again sorry for the confusion.
