I have to rave about selling my points

This is not a paid advertisement and I am not a spokesperson. I had a 50pt contract to sell, so I listed it with an agent who shall not be named. It sat and sat and sat, then I listed it with the Timeshare Store. Within a few days, sold. THEN the very best part...INFORMATION! I never had to nag for information. I knew exactly when paperwork came and was received, the second that ROFR was passed, etc. Their closing agents are AHmazing. If I had to set up a business model, this is the way it would look. There aren't enough stars to give them the kudos they deserve; they are as Disney as you can get without being Disney in customer service.

It almost makes me wish I had more contracts to sell... OK, the last one is mine and it's not going anywhere thankyouverymuch, BUT if I ever did need to sell it, the Timeshare Store hands down gets my vote over any other resale agent.

Thanks for posting this. I just submitted an offer on a contract at TTS. I've never bought a resale, so the process is new to me. I'm happy to hear that they are so good at keeping the parties informed. Mailed my signed contract and check today. Hopefully the sellers will sign quickly so that we can get the ROFR submitted.

Sometimes we're too quick to share our bad experience and not quick enough to share a good experience. I've seen positive info about the TSS in various threads so I will definitely keep them in mind for my next transaction (which I'm sure will be a purchase )

So good to know. We might have one to sell, and didn't know where to start.
Does anyone know if they sell another timeshare? DD has been trying to sell and has paid money to 2 other companies and hasn't gotten a dime back, and they haven't sold in over a year now... IF you know if anyone has had luck with this, pass the word along. Is it painful to sell? We just have too much, and don't use it, so we feel we waste some points, and money isn't what it was a few years back, so we may sell some.. Glad to have this board

Just used TSS for second add-on at HHI and it was the same amazing service that previous post described. They kept us in touch with all the procedures via email and if needed phone. I'd use them again in a heartbeat..if DH would ever allow another purchase(I promised this was the last...yuh!).

I hate to say it but we sold one of our 2 contracts with the TSS and I have to say it went a little too good that we're now thinking of selling the other one.

+1 here. TTS sold our large BWV contract in February for very close to the original list price. A competitor who also shall not be named only brought one low-ball bid at $22/point under the listing and $19/point under the sale price and what seemed to be the ROFR floor for contracts our size during the 10 week listing period.

They have earned the right to list one of our OKW contracts when we sell it later this year.
