I have tickets we didn't use - how do I give them away?

hi all,

with our disney package, we rec'd ToonTown Morning Madness, Preferred Aladdin seating, Its a Bug Life preferred seating and I think Muppets 3d preferred seating. We might have also got something for the animation academy. However, we didn't use any of them. I know there is a list for people waiting for Toon Town & Aladdin. Here are my questions:

1) how do you contact people on the list? (no email listed)

2) we got 1 ticket w/4 squares attached to the ticket so each event would need to be cut out....can you do this or do the "squares" need to stay w/the whole ticket in order for it to be valid?
