I have purchased three day one park tickets. Upgrade question...

I have purchased the three day special-price spring tickets. After reading more about Disneyland/DCA, I think I might like to add the hopper feature or possibly an additional day to the tickets. Do I have to wait until we are in the parks in April to upgrade them or is it something we can call and arrange with a CM or even take care of online? TIA!

I believe you need to do this at a Ticket Booth in the Esplanade between the parks. Idk if you can make these changes at guest services in the park. For sure you cannot call, arrange it ahead of time, or do it online ahead of time
