I have perfected the art of taking pictures of myself...the solo disney trip report!

Renee, I loved reading your TR. It sure sounded like you enjoyed your solo adventure. It looks like you're beginning to turn your family into Disney Nuts! Maybe they figured if you liked it enough to go alone, it must be worth the trip for them! :lmao: And a Disney Cruise at that!! :woohoo:

Am I the only one who thought the part at the end when all the children are in white was heaven? I was like why did they die!

OMG, LOL, that is hilarious!!! :lmao:

Awesome report...it must've been nice being able to do whatever you wanted to do! I agree about people watching at Disney World...gotta love it. I am jealous of your dream ears, I really wanted those. LOL. :snooty:

I am soooooo late! How did I miss this?!!!! I LOVED your report!

As you know, my first solo trip is this September! After reading your report, I am sooooo excited! How cool is it to wake up, and have the power to change your mind, and STILL have a great day!

The only thing I worry about is wishing I had someone with me when I see or do something I think is really great! I really hope I win a dream - now I dont think I'll be sad to get one while I'm alone - it's MY dream right? :snooty:

I hope I remember to eat at Wolfgang's while I'm there. I also would like to visit the Contemporary. Maybe I'll go there for lunch one day.

Thanks so much for writing a report! Now I'm ready to go!!!

Glenda I was worried about that too, especially since I was afraid I would miss my niece on this trip. But I bought some souvenirs I knew she would love and didn't feel guilty again!

PrincessAlways, I am so glad my family is turning into Disney nuts! I like to go other places too, but Disney is something I definitely missed going to the past 10 years and am eager to make up for lost time!

I'm so impressed with you going solo at your age, I never had the nerve to go by myself anywhere when I was your age.

I did my first solo disney trip in March and loved it so much I'm going solo again in August and in December. I stayed at the French Quarter and was very glad I stayed there instead of POR because of how big POR was. I found Disney one of the best destinations to travel alone, I've done lots of solo traveling, and for the most part the only thing a CM says to me is "just you?" or "only one?", and that's usually just so they know how many keys I want (I always get two anyway and keep one in my camera case in case I forget the other one in the room) or how many table settings.

Wasn't Narcoosees wonderful? I definitely recommend it to everyone. You should have gotten the Almond crusted cheesecake though.

Glad you had a great time.
