The titles that bug me and catch my eye the most are the ones with the huge and obvious (at least to me) spelling/grammatical errors.

Maybe I can help.

Imagine you're sitting at the kitchen table having a cup of coffee with your girlfriends. You have a medical issue or you want to know what the best dog food is. Do you get up, tell them you'll be right back, go to your computer and Google? I don't think so. Since you're all chit chatting, you ask them about it. It's called conversation. Now that we're in the age of technology, we have online community of friends as well as offline friends, so we ask our hundreds of online friends for info and advice.

If you believe that people here don't also Google or speak to their doctors, as well as talking to their friends, well that naive notion is what surprises me.
