walking either on the treadmill or the city streets.......today I did two miles out doors......it was so foggy couldn't see anyone if I bumped into them......but it was chilly but not to bad......54 degrees is not bad for walking..but I had shorts on and the inside of my legs started the incredible itching........to cold and I was hot.....I love to walk outside vs the inside cellar......

i too get that cold tingle itch thing in the winter. more so after i get home and jump in a hot shower! do you have any wicking clothing? might be good for the winter to wick away the sweat, at 54 degrees i'd probably have capri workout pants on! eek!
