Tomorrow is DS 19th birthday.
We are going to go ahead and tell him about the surfing lessons as a gift.
Can't call until June for reservations on that.

I bought a Stitch surfing pin on ebay.
We are wrapping that up and telling him after he opens it up.
He wants to go out to eat at either Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden.
I'll take pics and update all of you after his birthday.

Hey Shmu! Haven't visited your PTR in a while (or anyone else's for that matter). The basement is looking good. We finally got around to painting some of the rooms in our house over the Memorial Day weekend. I'll post photos in my "Random Acts of Randy" thread soon.

Missed you too. Trip planning has been halted while I have had to deal with real life. I'm picking it back up though.

Had to give him accupuncture through the heart for him to wear the pin. Ouch.

SHMU!!! I'm finally trying to catch up! Thanks for the TR Index.. that makes it much easier!

First of all, I wanted to tell you to MAKE SURE you catch Nemo again. Since you've already seen it, you know how fantabulous it is! Don't let your kids miss it...even if they ARE teenagers, and probably think it's beneatht them!

Secondly, I have a suggestion for Illuminations. Right between Mexico and Norway, there is a torch (the big ones that they blow out right before the show starts). There is also a speaker nearby. EXCELLENT viewing area, and the speaker makes the music nice and loud. There is also a bench right there, so you can get there early and sit and people watch until it starts. DH and I have tried many, MANY viewing locations, and this is our FAVORITE!

Lastly, LOVE LOVE LOVE the flashbacks and the pictures from the 70's and 80's! That Pinocchio story is a keeper. Thanks for sharing!
