I have been using the first one on fitday.com , but now I am wondering...I build up quite a sweat and I ache enough...so which is it???

). Weak, poochy stomachs run in my dad's side of the family. All of the women develop the 'overhang'. I've got that but want it to go away!!
I am going to find some instructions on proper crunches though. That may get me back to pilates quicker! And I really enjoy it!
