I'm trying to understand how my trip is more expensive this year. Last year my family of 3 paid $2700.00 tickets/hotel/DDP it was from 5/24-6/1 which is reg season.

This year we just booked for 11/28--12/04 same hotel, same room, same tickets everything the same except this is supposed to be a value season and its $3200.00 shouldn't it be cheaper? what am I missing?

Thank you that was it........Any chance I can get a lower price later?Do they have promos during this time of year at all?

Well, you don't give details, but...
First, prices increased overall. Room rates went up, tickets - depending when you went last year - may be higher, the dining plan is more expensive except the deluxe plan...
This year, rooms cost more on weekends than they do on weekdays.
As I said, tickets cost more.
The add-ons cost more - not much more, in the case of hoppers and water parks, but more. The non-expiring feature did go up a fair amount (it always does).
The dining plans went up - I think $2 per adult per night, with an added premium - probably not applicable here - of $5 or $6 during certain times.
Does this package include insurance or other items the other one didn't? And they're both seven nights?

For 09 they had the free dinning. I'm thinking there was another promo too, but I'm not sure, free dinning is what we were looking for. We stay at value resorts, total for 4 was $1650 in December.
