Hey so I got accepted into the CP for Spring and I have to respond by the 17th. My question is can I still apply for the PI? is it too late?

Yes, you can apply to the PI's and if you get accepted for one, you can let the CP know and there won't be any hard feelings. All of the management PI's are down, but I think the rest are up until the 23rd.
