I have a question about visiting the Disneyland hotel as a dvc memeber.

We are going to Disneyland California the end of June. We already booked a room for the Disneyland hotel using our DVC points. I understand that they offer complimentary rollout beds. My question is, since we are there on points are we still entitled this as any paying guest would be? I'm thinking no, but I was hoping someone may no. And if the answer is yes, do we call member services to request one, or do we call the hotel directly?

DVC reservations at non-DVC resorts are essentially regular reservations at a pre-negotiated price as far as the hotel is concerned. I would assume you should receive all the benefits of a regular hotel cash guest. I would call Member Services first and see what they say about the roll aways, they may have you call the resort directly, depending upon how the reservaton is listed in their computer system.
