I have a question about menus.

I was looking at Beaches & Cream's menu and was wondering if their burgers and sandwiches come with fries or if you have to order them separately. In the menu description it says, for example "Angus Beef Burger" or "Reuben Sandwich", but doesn't state whether the fries are included. It seems to me that $14 is pretty steep to pay for JUST the sandwich and nothing else.

I've seen this on other menus but I am using B&C as an example.

Likewise, I'm seeing most burger/hot dog type sandwiches listed with your choice of fruit or fries. Fries can be also purchased separately if you want more...

Thank you, I was hoping it came with fries. With Disney though, you never know. I wouldn't be surprised if they did charge $15 for just a sandwich.

The menu price includes fries. You can actually order just the sandwich for a lower price if you want.

At the Magic Kingdom, I was looking at a menu board, and had to do a double take. I thought the "one" was a dollar sign. Nope. It really was $15 for just a burger.

The TS restaurants will give you something to put extra food in but then you are stuck carrying it around and in the heat, who knows how long it would be good for.

The QS restaurants I've eaten at do not have anything to put leftovers into - I usually have a few ziplock bags on me for the stray uneaten cookie but anything else I don't save.

Resort food courts have take away stuff for food, and Wolfgang Puck and Earl of Sandwich, and Erin McKenna's do as well. I cannot speak for in park places though. I have often read that people have taken desserts to go at Whispering Canyon.

at beaches and creams fries come with it onion rings are a $1 extra.

We tend to eat late, around 6:30 or 7 so we'd basically heading back to the room after so we don't really have to worry about food going bad.

Have you looked at the menu listings here on the DIS?

The Beaches & Cream menu does show fries with the burger.

I was wondering the same thing about Sci-Fi. I didn't see burgers come with fries on the Disney restaurant menu site, but I see it in pics and other websites.

Can kids meal sub fruit, veggie, yogurt for fries at various restaurants?

Depends on the restaurant.

A lot of restaurants say the kids meal comes with a drink and a dessert and the fries are listed separate as the appetizer. Can they sub the dessert for an appetizer fries?

At QS you can swap the dessert for a snack, generally. TS it is up to the restaurant what subs they allow.
