I have a question about a song in the parade of Dreams. Please help!!

Ok...there is a song in the parade of Dreams and is stuck in my head. Some of the lyrics are....Welcome to our family time, welcome to our brotherly time....this is a festival....ect.ect...I forget the rest. Does anyone know what the name of that song is? I tried doing a search to buy the sondtrack for the parade of dreams and noting came up. We were on the Repo cruise and they also played that in the halls sometimes on the ship. Who sings it?

It's called Welcome and is from the Brother Bear movie. It is the first song on the DisneyMania 2 C.D. (available at Target and disneydirect) Hope this helps!
