I've just watched the WDW Vacation Planner DVD they send you for free and I now want to go so badly, it's almost physically painful!

And, I'm already dreading the end of my holiday as well and that feeling of impending doom you get knowing it will be over soon.

My trip isn't until October 2008.

Is there a cure?

sorry to say not real cure :upsidedow

BUT..... spending time here on the DIS can help with the symptoms:thumbsup2

We ALL have that problem, so you're not alone:) Best way to prevent post WDW depression is to plan the next trip. DIS-ers are here to help & distract you until the next trip. Please drop by the community board for misc. and entertaining conversation.:earsboy:

Our last trip ended two weeks ago today. I, too, was dreading the end before we even left. But I got a great dose of pixie dust just before we had to leave the resort - my husband spotted a Disney Cruise Line bus, and became VERY interested in the idea of taking a Disney Cruise.

Now, it may be over a year before we can go, but it's already cheering me up just thinking about planning it. And you do have the Dis-boards to help keep your spirits up, too!

I like to read the trip reports. To me it's almost like being there (without the heat or crowds). :cloud9:

It's nice to know I'm not alone!

Thanks for all the hints and tips. I love the DIS boards - but find I spend so much time reading and processing all the info provided, I have little time left (and not much knowledge) to contribute.

To tide me over until October, I've put a pair of mickey ears on the dog and am teaching her to howl 'It's a Small World'. So far, she's been mostly uncooperative. :sad2:
