I have a great big smile today!!!!!!!!

I really needed to share how happy I am today. For the first time in my three months here at WISH I have finally seen a loss and results of some concentrated efforts. Today I have started my Day 3 induction on SouthBeach and foolishly got on the scale to post a loss of 4lbs since starting on Sunday. So I am glowing with success and excitement for further success.

A great big thank you to all the group and for all your support. I have found a new motivation with all your help.
