Hi everyone, i'm not sure if you remember me (i used to post as Wagamama). I used to do the WW program over the summer and was pretty sucessfull at it. Unfortunatly, when I started grad school I had to stop the program because of financial reasons, namely a lack of finances. I want to start the program again, and continue to lose weight. Would anyone be so kind as to forward to me some WW info? I have access to various WW recipes and a points calculator but I dont know what my daily points intake should be. is there anyplace on the net that would have this information and also info on general food points?
