for a "No Way Jose." It's late evening in New England and it's been quite warm here today. I've just had a barbequed chicken breast, baked beans, and greens. Now, I'm wishing I had a "no Way Jose" to top it off. If you're reading this, and you're near "Beaches and Cream," please send me one. Thanks.

Well, I'm not near Beaches-n-Cream, but I will be in ONE week!! Anyway, my older DD makes us up a close No Way Jose at home. She melts some peanut butter in the microwave, pours it over vanilla ice cream, and adds hot fudge. Pretty good when you are craving the real thing.

That sounds delicious. Perhaps, this evening I'll give it a try. For the past 7 years I've watched my weight and exercised religiously, but once-in-a-while, I just have to cheat. To ease the guilt, I'll use low fat frozen yogurt.
