first, about a week ago, I checked the balance in my icchina account since I have not done them for quite some time now. Well, I had enough points to convert to beenz for 1 DD. When I tried, it wouldn't let me and no applet came up, but yet, the points were deducted from my icchina account - I never noticed this until yesterday. I then checked my beenz account and no transfer happened. I can't even confirm that any transfer happened because I received no confirmation from icchina when the transfer went througn. I have been having a bad couple of last weeks because my computer crashed and I have been forced to go to my local library to use their internet system until the parts for my computer come from across the world - but anyway, way off topic. To make this long story shorter, is there any way that icchina could convert the points back to me so I can use them on a later date, and does anyone know the email for them??? Does any have any suggestions for me???
