I have a confession to make .........

It is said that admitting you have a problem is the first step in healing. Therefore, I am admitting I have a Disney Scrapbooking Supply Addiction. I know we do most of our traveling based on Disney. WDW, Disneyland, Disney Cruises, DVC Resorts etc..... And I have been fortunate to be able to travel like that and scrapbook as I do. We dont buy "everything" for scrapbooking , I really do try to remember what I have and use it accordingly. HOWEVER today I was looking for a certain item and stumbled across an entire pack of year specific supplies which were bought for 2008 when we did multiple trips. The problem is I am ALMOST done with my last 2008 book. I have done one trip AND the two books I gave our older grandaughters last year. I know this isnt a huge issue compared to what many others face in their daily lives but I really hate when I make such a dumb mistake. I thought I had looked for and taken out all of the 2008 supplies. Now I will have to see what I can use and go from there. And there will be precious little Disney scrapbook items purchased until I use a WHOLE lot more!

Be glad you aren't in swaps!!!

I am right there with you and not just Disney supplies, it's everything. Easy to justify needing stuff when you have 4 kids to scrap for, who specifically ask for paper albums not digital.
However I finally went through all of my Disney supplies and really took a hard look at what I had and what I could part with. I will use what I have left and I refuse to buy anymore until I use at least 75% of my current product.

I feel your pain. I have the same problem. Granted I have a lot of "old" trips to scrap, but I have lots of year specific paper, how knows if I'll get back that far before dry rot hits. I have a dated 2010 album for DS 1st trip to scrap (not done), 2011 book & guess what? I couldn't pass up the 2012 book in the outlet last month! ROTFL.....I didn't buy the full price 2013 one! Baby steps, right? I have more stickers than I could use to do 100 albums!

We are a bunch of suplly hoarders. i too keep finding this that I thought i had used only to realised that oh wait, it's another set I bought god knows when. Yes I have 4 kids and yes I need 4 kids albums plus mine but I sure don't need 15 of the same page.

I have a small space in the kitchen for scrapbooking that we moved from the basement since the baby was born. I wouldn't bring her there as it's not finished. Yes I've been doing alot scraping lately but I think I would need to scrap years none stop to use everything. I though t doing swaps would help but boy was I wrong. I really have to work on using what I have and stop buying. dh was counthing an if I had bought every piece of paper full price, I would have around $3000 worth of paper. Good thing I only buy when there's a nice sale under $0.22 a pieces.

Ok back to using a bit more of my huge stash and find what I can use for my next swap

I have a shelving unit in my walk in closet in my scrapbook room just for Disney scrapbooking supplies. If it is Disney related, I must have it!

There are a lot worse problems than having too many scrapbooking supplies and loving all things Disney. At least in my humble opinion.

My hoarding problem seems to be worse with Disney stuff.

I was doing so well using the supplies I had, then I started scraping my last Disney trip. I bought all the cute new Disney supplies I found even though I have soooo much stuff already.

And I may be joining the Inkscape addiction too. It took me an absurd amount of time to make my first file but I'm ridiculously proud of it even though it isn't that great.

Oh my gosh, I thought it was just me! I'm a disney hoarder.....I'll admit it.

I am getting a 13x13 file drawer for mother's day (Yes! I already know that I am) and I am going to make a whole drawer of just disney supplies.

I think I am going to make a whole folder of just mickey stuff, just 2012 stuff, just hallowwen disney stuff, just xmas disney stuff, etc,.

Then when I sit down to scrap disney, I can more easily find what I need.

I hope it works out as well as I think it will. That way, also when I find that perfect piece of paper for a particular park, I can also store it in that park folder until I actually need it.
