I have a $98.82 in eBAY bucks and planning my first Disney trip, what could/should I buy?

I did a lot of shopping for good friend on eBAY, and I get to keep the eBAY bucks, so really this is free money to me from the start! I was planning to just buy a GC but after reading quite a few horror stories that are out there, I am thinking no? We are definitely trying to stretch every dollar to make this an awesome first family trip. Very tight budget, any suggestions welcomed!

I would use the eBay Bucks to buy a $100 eBay GC (on sale right now for $97). That would leave you with $1.82 in eBay Bucks.
Then use the $100 eBay GC to purchase a $100 Target GC from Giftcard Mall on eBay. Use the remaining eBay Bucks and $1.17 OOP to pay for the shipping.
When the Target GC arrives, go to your local Target and purchase a $100 Disney GC with it.
OR go online to Target .com and order a $100 Disney GC and use the Target REDCard checkout technique to get the 5% REDCard discount while still paying with a GC. You'll end up with $5 left on your Target GC, which can be used to purchase something you need for your trip.

If you check the gift card seller's feedback and they have been a member for years and with positive feedback, I would not be too concerned. Longtime sellers are not out to rip off ppl. Jus check the cards value immediately upon receipt. I there is a problem, you notify ebay

The only other suggestion I would have is to make sure everyone has comfortable shoes. But you can't try them on on ebay

I'm always unsure about buying gift cards online. Even if you check the balance when you get it, what prevents the seller from using the card number online a few days/weeks after they mail it if you don't use it right away?

A filtered water bottle like Brita or Bobble so you can drink the tap water instead of buying bottled, Frogg Toggs cooling towels, autograph books.

I've bought and sold a lot of things on eBay over the years. personally..im not going to ruin my feedback. I want to be trusted. that's why I say look at the sellers history,
actually I am going to add that I have had 1non-paying bidder and 1 experience with bad seller( I did not like the shirts) in the whole time...years.... but I do always check the seller feedback and make sure they have been selling for years ..... might be close to 7 years for me by now.

I always transfer the balance to another gift card right away to prevent this.
