I have a 4 year old obsessed with Jack Skellington

I don't know how this happened but my 4-year old daughter is obsessed with The Nightmare Before Christmas. We bought her some stuff for Christmas. I know that Disney Land is the better choice for Jack and Sally, but does Disney World have anything we can check out when we visit in January?

You can probably find some Jack and Sally merch in the WDW shops. Aside from that, I can't think of anything. As you said, Disneyland is the place for Nightmare Before Christmas, since they have the Haunted Mansion Holiday through Oct-Dec. Also, there is a Jack and Sally meet and greet at the Halloween Party. I'm not sure, but there might be the same meet and greet at the Magic Kingdom halloween party in Sept-Oct.

My teen son likes Jack Skellington and I just purchased him a winter scarf and fingerless gloves at Hot Topics at the mall for Christmas. He purchased a baseball jersey with Jack on it last summer at Hollywood Studios that he wears a lot.

They did have Jack and Sally at MK during the Halloween party when we went. We stumbled across them by town hall when my wife had to hit the restrooms.

In downtown disney they have a christmas store and for the past several years the last section of the store was dedicated to NMBC merch. I got some great stuff there in the past, however this past time we went it was rather barren looking and the CM stated they were going to remove the section and just make it straight christmas decor all the way through.

I believe there is a villians store at Hollywood Studios that carries some NMBC stuff (as the store in general carries Disney's "darker" merch).

Unfortunately, beyond all that, unless your at MK during the Halloween parties, it seems there isn't much of a Jack presence at all in the parks.

Just to clarify (in case anyone going to DLR reads this thread), Jack and Sally (although Sally isn't out all of the time) meet guests in DL while HMH is running (mid-September through early-January). Meeting Jack and Sally is not exclusive to Disneyland's Mickey's Halloween Party; they're available throughout the day.

I have read that Jack (as Sandy Claws) was meeting guests at MVMCP, but those will be long over by January.

Unfortunately, NBC doesn't have a very strong presence at WDW. As PPs mentioned, you'll probably find some merchandise, but that might be the extent of it.
