So I'll be in WDW 3/5-3/12... I've been planning for about 2 months now. I'm pretty much done, but I still have to wait close to 60 days! This really stinks, I'm so excited! My DH is starting to get irritated b/c I kep bringing up different parts of the trip! Someone help me!

Not to worry.... The 60 days will fly by before you know it! :wizard: I once had to wait over 18 months for a Disney trip. It really goes by quickly and before you know it, you are walking down Main Street!

Have a great trip!

It will be here before you know it. I'm so excited for you, I wish I were going, too! My DH is used to me talking about WDW all the time, and we don't even have a trip planned :guilty:

I've been a wreck since last January (04!) when we booked our cruise (not Disney) and decided to extend the vacation for a week at WDW. When it all started, my countdown clock on the "other" message board was over 400 days!!! Now it reads 59! We leave for FL in 56 days, 20 hrs!

It's just the DH and I. He's 59, I'm 45. I don't know about anyone else, but we're like two children when we walk through the gates of any of the parks. This will be our 3rd visit in 5 years. Planning to do just two days at WDW and a day at SeaWorld (our kids bought us tickets for Xmas). Not to worry though.. we're already planning to go back to FL over the holidays next December. Oh geez..... more WDW... darn.

Well I'll be 27 next month and my DH is 31... we definitely act like big kids when we get there (maybe more me than him!) We've only known each other 3 years, married a little over 1 year.. went to Disneyland in July 2002 and Disneyworld in June 2004...so this will be our third Disney experience! I feel like there's always more to see and do. Both of us have been to WDW several times as kids. How do I install a counter, I think I'm leaving in around 56 days as well!!

I hate to be a stick in the mud. But it does take forever. My trip at the end of this month is dragging and dragging. That darn countdown is moving way too slow. I dont think it gets here before you know it. aarrgghh...

We find the the wait is hard, but I also think that planning the trip is almost as fun as being there. We actually went around the dinner table tonight asking each family member what their most memberable time was at Disney. We just got back from our 20+ trip and are looking for a date in June to return.

DW and I are also like kids when going without the DS and DD's. It is the happiest place on earth.

Hi fellow Central New Jerseyan! I would like to know how to install a counter too!

I know how you feel. I just got back from Disney World about 3 months ago and I am now planing to go back again this Sept. with my really good friend and it's killing me to wait. But I know the 8 months will go by fast and I will be back in Disney World before I know it! ºoº

I hate waiting too. I don't get to go back until May :( You lucky thing. You'll be there soon.

Just hang out here on the DIS. We'll help keep you entertained until your travel dates :)

I always think of the time before my vacation as part of my vacation, that way it lasts much longer! Listen to Disney music, watch the planning DVDs or any tapes you have of prior trips. Pack, repack and pack again. Look at old Disney photos, shop for Disney clothes for the trip. Go on the DIS and read everything you can about WDW. Anything that gets you in a Disney frame of mind. Because you know what? 60 days will go by in a snap, your vacation will go by even faster than that and before you can blink an eye you'll be back home and planning your next trip! ENjoy yourself now and have a great time in WDW!

:teleport:

I feel your pain! We've had our trip planned for about 6 weeks now and will be at WDW Jan 26! I can't even contain my excitement anymore. When we got our passes in the mail Monday I started screaming I was so excited and my dh and 4 kids just stared at me like "mom's losing it!" DH keeps reminding me this trip is for the kids... ummm, yeah sure it is
