I HATE YOU DISNEY EXPERIENCE, YOU SUCK AND WHOEVER DESIGNED IT SHOULD BE FIRED
They're possibly the same mob who designed the ATO Mac etax 2013 roll out.....didn't that go well !

Today I am feeling the exact same way! Yesterday my 180 day window opened for dining reservations. I got on at 6am and made everything without any issues.

Last night I wanted to tweak something things and couldn't do a darn thing. I just got the "server is busy" message.

Tonight it will display the reservations I made yesterday. I cancelled a couple and made some new ones. "My Reservations" won't show any updated information, my cancelled ADR's are still sitting there. Did my updated Boma ADR go through? Who knows?

Is this what it's going to be like for the next 179 days??

The Disney website is still pretty bad. It looks pretty but it lacks functionality. You would have thought they'd have fixed it by now since it was up in ..what, January?

I always thought it should have been pulled down and replaced with the old site until the new web/disney experience had been completely fixed. For Disney to stick with the broken web interface confuses me.

The new software has a lot of problems. DW calls to make some of the ADR'S and then links on the site.

My poor old heart skipped a beat when I read the title of your post:faint:

Then I realised what My Disney Experience actually is, derrrrrr.

I'm happy again now that all is right in the world of Disney love :thumbsup2

You had me going there for a minute Karen.

so glad its not just me......oh how i hate it!.....not My Disney experience, My Disney experience Liz!:rotfl:

ROFLMVO

still battling the beast...day 5

and yes, it only gets worse:surfweb:

now it is only showing dining reservations i have already cancelled, and none of my new ones, wont link to my resort reservation, wont link again to my AP's. This site is the pits. Hate it!:furious::furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:

What a nightmare!

After many issues with the site over the last few months, the site and app seem to be working quite well for me at present (touch wood). The one exception is that it doesn't recognise the type of ticket my son has. I have linked all of our Undercover Tourist tickets, but while it's correctly labeled the two adult tickets (10 day hopper etc), my son's is presently an unrecognisable ticket type. I'm not too worried as there doesn't seem to be much benefit at present to having them linked anyway. This Fastpass + is taking then forever to phase out. I used to think that it would be up and running well before my holiday, but now that's seeming fairly unlikely.

its on my thing, it keeps teling me i dont have linked tickets or AP's...even though I have 7 nights BWV and AP's......idiot site.....thank god I go back to work tomorrow, less time to obsess about it:clown:

I go through the UK site to do everything and that works well for me. I just don't use the new website or app.

There are a lot of bugs in their system and you need to take specific paths to try and make it work. Also using it on Ipads and Samsung tablets is difficult. Whoever designed it never tested it very well as navigation and selecting buttons to press is near on impossible. Much easier on a computer with mouse and keyboard.

I too had a few issues when I first started so I tried calling Disney to make my ADR's and was put on hold for 30+ minutes before hanging up. So I persisted and fianlly worked out the kinks.

Making ADR's the system requires you to enter the reservation area a particular way. I was going direct to reservations and my 180 days + 10 counted for nothing. But when I went through the planner and then reservations all worked fine.

The same with cancellations. It again was very tricky, one way I kept on getting a message sorry you can not cancel the reservation. But I then tried going through my reservations and it worked.

I did get the server busy a couple of times but just went back and tried the function again and in most cases it worked.

Linking my accommodation reservations I had no issues. Very simple and easy if you have the right reference number. We used Du for our reservations and silly me the first time I tried I used DU ref number and not Disney so it errored out.

As a new app Disney have plenty of work to do but it is on the right track. Hopefully they put the time and effort into improving it.

So sorry AussieKaren.

But hey....two tin cans and a piece of string still works.

Don't forget the matchsticks and the alarm clock.

my disney experience site still sucks big time!...I'm done.:(

Feel your frustration Karen!
I have tried making ADR's & linking tickets from Undercover tourist but it wouldn't let me from iPad. The full website is not much better.
I ended up calling WDW (@ strange hours lol ) to make our Fantasmic / Candelight processional packages & dinner @ BOG.
I had not problems with e tax on my Mac this year, but understand that the ATO site pretty much sucks :)
