So I have like many others became addicted to this board. I have started to post on the Fockers board and even scored a croc visit. I have been reading the trip reports and felt an uncontrollable urge to start one.
I named the family trip POP or Bust 2007 my dd calls it several thing all making fun of the color green. The nicest of which was her letting me know, referring to the green family shirts I wanted.
While I was not shocked since it is one of my favorite colors I knew how she felt long before this trip planning session. I thought I could get her caught up in all the excitement and agree. O.k. so really I thought I could use my mom leverage and with hold her Tink shirt till she agreed. Either way it didn't work.
I guess before I go any further I should introduce us all.
Me- I am a almost 40 single mom who works as an in home daycare provider and attends school full time. I love to travel to WDW and have been lucky enough to get a partially payed for trip this Aug 28 - Sept 3. My mom is giving me an early b-day present of airline tickets and some spending money so off we go to WDW.
DD- Is 16 loves WDW and though excited about the trip is not buying into the green thing.
DS- Is 3 and is so excited to be going back to Mickey's house. He has also acquired a love of Donald Duck.
Well I know this is a small start but I promise there will be more. I do need to go for now.

"I hate green and I won't wear it."
