And it's still hanging on today. I went to measure and weigh after 6 weeks of working out and 2 weeks of low carb eating and found out that NOTHING had changed! I thought that I had lost 6 lbs. last week, but according to the Curves scale- I didn't lose anything ! Zero, zilch, zed! NOTHING!!
My WISH clippie is a LIE!!!!! I have to go back and change it. Boohoo!!! Not only that, but I also didn't lose any inches after excercising for that long! Now .... what's that all about?!!?!? Well, after some whining to some friends, and yes, they gave me cheese along with that
, I've decided I just can't let it get to me anymore. Even if I don't lose, my blood sugar is down and the dark circles under my eyes are gone- sometimes THAT is as beneficial as losing 10 lbs!!- and I have better energy and feelings about myself. So- here's what I'm gonna do. I'm stopping Curves for 4-6 weeks- maybe I'm building up too much muscle???? And I'm just gonna walk with my hubby in the evenings , and instead of doing the Curves diet, I am totally changing to Atkins. I have better support here for that and right now that's really what I need. So- tomorrow- I start anew. Now.... if I could just figure out how to change that clippie back!
