I decided on April 8th to join Wish. I haven't been strictly recording WW points but I've been more conscience of what I'm eating and I've been drinking alot more water. I also started the walking dvd's just about a week ago. I was going to have my official weigh day as Wednesday but the scale was just starring at me today. Soooo, I got on it and lost 4 lbs. I was so surprised and happy, now I feel like I can keep it up! Just imagine if I was strict about points
but I'm still happy. Thanks for listening!
