I decided on April 8th to join Wish. I haven't been strictly recording WW points but I've been more conscience of what I'm eating and I've been drinking alot more water. I also started the walking dvd's just about a week ago. I was going to have my official weigh day as Wednesday but the scale was just starring at me today. Soooo, I got on it and lost 4 lbs. I was so surprised and happy, now I feel like I can keep it up! Just imagine if I was strict about points :rolleyes: but I'm still happy. Thanks for listening!

Cindy, you have had great success in only a matter of days! Way to go! I agree that when you actually see and feel the results that it is so motivating to continue. We are all here to keep cheering you on, so keep it up!

Thanks everyone! I think one of the big things that helped me was cutting Pepsi and substituting with water, no mashed potatoes and baking chicken instead of making it with stuffing etc.
