I guess YOU are supposed to tell Disney Store CMs about our discount!

When some of the the Magic Kingdom Club (& later Disney Club)benefits at the TDS went away (like collectible discounts), some TDS CMs thought that applied to our DVC discount, too. The DVC CM who is in charge of member's benefits worked with the Disney Store corporate offices to try to clear this up. If a DVC member has any problem with this TDS benefit & cannot get a resolution within the TDS, then please contact Member Services with the exact location of the TDS. MS will forward the info to the DVC CM in charge of benefits & she will follow up. I KNOW for a FACT that she does !

I am a TDS CM and I live in an area with very few DVC members and every CM should still be aware of the discount. If the CM doesn't know, the manager can certainly find out. I know at my store we have a HUGE binder with pictures of every single type of disney discount card out there and exactly how to process it. TDS has very recently uprgraded there computer system, so some CMs may not be sure of the new method of giving DVC discounts (this happened to me last week!!)but my manager helped me out and now I know what to do next time!!
