I had called CRO to make a payment on my existing reservation. I figured since I was already on the phone, I might as well as the CM if she had heard of any new or pending discounts out there that would affect my reservation. The CM just laughed (a sweet laugh, not a sarcastic one!
) and said that WE actually tell THEM what new discounts are out there, they are always the last to know! 
I told her that "we" should go down there and show them how to run the show!! 
It shouldn't be a massive hunt on the internet trying to find out what discounts there are before we call. She completely agreed! 
She was really a sweet girl....only wish I could of caught her name!! It was a rather long unusual name. I could almost picture what she looked like, her voice and laugh were so personable and charming.
