I am back from my "sorta-solo" trip - and I wanted to report back that I did track down the carrot cake cookie at the Studios. I was totally unaware of the fact that my husband does like carrot cake I got one to take back to the room. I snacked on it a couple times then took the last of it with us (about a fourth was left by then) on our last day. I don't know if I will get one in December since we are only there for 3 nights and will be with another couple. When we are with them we tend to eat bigger meals, so I probably wouldn't be hungry enough to eat it - but I can guarantee I will be getting at least one more next June when we are there.

Those carrot cake cookies really are big! Glad you got to try it! I was almost wonder if I could somehow try to freeze a carrot cake cookie and bring it home... make a few meals off it, ya know?

I'm just not so sure about the 10-12 hour car trip that it would need to survive!

We didn't get one on our Sept/Oct trip... we were just too full all the time! My poor mother hasn't gotten a chance to try that culinary masterpiece! We've gotta get one on our Dec trip!
