Kmart has all of their strollers 15% off. I got a Cosco Scamper for $34. It is not really big, which is what I wanted, but it does have a big basket, big wheels, and it reclines. It seems like the handle is up kind of high...so this may help some of you that are taller. It also has two cup holder trays, one on the handle bar and another down by the child (which is removable). ANyway...I like it...it pushes easy. HTH.
