I Got An Email Code!!!!

I just got back from another trip and what do I find in my email, a CODE from DISNEY!!! I am so excited. It has a pin number or I would certainly share it. I put a call into my travel agent and I hope it works at AKL. The email said for a value resort, but from what others are reporting here, it will hopfully work for Deluxe, too!

ok i am gonna ask a DUMB question here..what are e mail codes?I mean I know what email is(tehhee) I know what the word code means.,,but what is it and more so how do i get one?do i need one?TIA!!!!

the system radomly picks people for codes, I have never had one in the 7 years I have been going to disney.

I know they got my information off their website. I really haven't registered anywhere else but there and this site. When I registered I first put that we were staying at AKL then later changed it to "other" since I figured that they wouldn't send a code if the knew we were staying there already! This is the first trip I have planned to Disney (we went for a work outting several years ago). Luck of the draw I guess.

Bummer! I got an email this morning and got all excited but there was no code...just an advertisement...I'm going to go look a little more carefully just in case but I don't think there is one in this email.

Wait! I stand corrected...there is a code....it says that they want to invite me to stay at a Moderate resort (again) for a rate of $114/night plus tax....but, isn't that the normal rate? My last postcard rate was $77/night plus tax! $114 doesn't sound like much of a deal to me!??!

It depends. Did it say what season the code is good for? For peak season, this sounds like a very good rate to me. BTW, if you don't want the code, I'll take it!
