I got a post card at my OLD address!

Today I got a post card for the first time ever! Even though I can't use it, I was still excited to get one. The weird thing is that it was addressed to me at an address that I had over four years ago! My old house is right around the corner from my current one and the mailman knows me, so I guess that's why it was forwarded.

Oh well, I hope that those who are still waiting for post cards get them soon. I hate that I can't use it and can't give it to someone else!

You should either call or go to Disney's web site and make sure they have your correct address...ya never know they may send you another postcard.

I was SO excited yesterday when I got home and found "THE POSTCARD!!!" in my mailbox. It's the first time I ever had one (of course, I got the email and already applied it to my October reservation). My DH pointed out, very politely, that the card had been in the wrong mailbox. It was for the people next door, who are my son and his family! However, (and maybe I should have looked at the address to start with), I'm not sure the person it's addressed to can use it. It's addressed to my four-year old granddaughter! The only way Disney would have her name (aside from being on the cruise with us last year) would be that we filled out one of those cards at our local DS last year when we picked up either The Lion King or the Finding Nemo DVD. She says that she'd like to make a reservation, and that she can take care of all the paperwork. "After all, I can write my name!" is her big accomplishment for this summer. Unfortunately, her daddy and mommy don't have enough vacation time, so I guess this is one postcard which will go unused!
