LOVE it!

I know we have a lot of Dell vs. Gateway "debates" here. I guess I've been lucky, my Uncle has had two Gateways without any problems, and I'm on my second one, and so far so good! The only thing that went wrong with my first one was the floppy drive, but that was after years of use.

So far, the one I have now is great!!! I especially love my new 17% LCD flat panel monitor! And hopefully 80GB of hard drive space will last me a LONG time.

Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement over my new computer!!

Congratulations! I had a gateway years ago, it was in '95 and was a 486 and my first "windows" computer, I LOVED it. Only problem was my monitor died after a year, but they shipped me a new one!

We have two Gateways. My "dinosuar" is 4 years old. My boys have a brand new "gaming" computer. I am so jealous. I definitely have monitor envy. They also have the 17" flat screen. We have never had any problems.

Glad you like it. I've had Gateways and Dells and like them both. I buy whichever is the least expensive at the time I'm buying.
