I got a card from WL!

I got a card in the mail yesterday from the WL! It was a cute card with Goofy on the front with a beautiful picture of the WL's lobby on the inside. It was filled with tips of things to do before our trip. It also mentioned bringing your Disney Club card with you. I guess since I made our reservations with the Disney Club card, that's where it came from? We've stayed at the CR and All-Stars before and never got anything from them. I hope this is a good omen for our trip! Can you tell I'm excited!

I got a card yesterday myself from the Polynesian, It had the same thing on, it even had our names...... so kewl......

I got a card on Monday! Makes the trip seem closer yet! They put your name in the graphics just like it was made especially for you!! Dec.16, can't get here soon enough!

We got a flyer from W/L and the Goofy card. So fun to get things like that.

We didn't get anything from the Boardwalk however for the 2nd part of our stay. Wish they would send out something. It's a nice Disney touch

We leave a week from tomorrow and are we ever ready for this! Hope it stays on the warm side. My cheeks got frostbit last night from trick or treating!

I'm stamping my feet and pouting - I'll be at the WL from 11/19-23 and haven't gotten anything yet....

yup - apparently Disney brings out the child in me in the good and BAD way! LOL

We are at WL for Dec 15-18. We are Disney CLub, but booked through the regular (is that the WDTC one?) since we wanted a package, and there was no DC code for packages.

Maybe that means no card for me?

We did get a little Mickey foldover envelope thing with info about the Discovery Magic package, and it had our names on it....that makes me want to go now! Waiting is so hard!

We have not received a card either but reserved using the annual discount and not the Disney Club even though we are members.......Wishing and hoping that a card comes.That would be sooo neat. Hope I get to meet some of you the week of the 15th........ Wishing you all a safe journey to the greatest resort on earth.........can you tell we love the Lodge???

It had a short welcome message on it, as well as some things to do before you leave. Buy your passes ahead of time to save money, make a PS for Whispering Canyon or Artist Point, etc. Nothing important, just enough to wish vacation was sooner!

When we originally made our reservations at CBR, we received what I would call a booklet. Had a cute outside card with a newletter sort of letter inside. Sounds very similar to what you got. It had our name on it telling about the things CBR had to offer. By the time we got it we had already switched to WL, and we never got one from there.

that's what we got for POR too (we were booked there first, then changed to WL). I hope we get one from WL, I am so excited to stay there!!
