I give up! Would someone please RECOMMEND a B&B close to a tube station in London?

I've researched myself into a confused mess! Would someone who is actually familiar with the area, please recommend a bed and breakfast that is in a safe area and one or two blocks from an underground station? Preferably one that is less than 100 pounds/night? I know nothing about the UK at all. Thanks everyone!

the link below is to a hotel my DH's company use when staying in London, its usually costs around £90 per night during the week and is located very close to Tottenham Court Road Tube Station, therefore close to the West End for theatres and Oxford Road for Shopping.

but its probably a bit far out of London for you. We always stay here when visiting London as it very easy to get to from Main Motorway(M1). 2 minute walk across the road to Kenton tube station but then its a 30 min tube journey into London Centre. Free parking. £60-£65/night plus breakfast which you can buy, we don't do breakfast.
Sorry if its no use but I won't stay in London prefer to be just outside so its the only one I know.
