I FOUND IT!!! The best place to take a baby to nap @ MK!

As you enter the Magic Kingdom and pass under the train station, on the right is the Kodak building. Enter and go to the back past the picture pickup counter and you will find a quiet/air conditioned area that I took my 1 year old twins 3 days in a row for a nap. You have plenty of room to push the stroller if you need the motion or you can sit in a comfortable seat in the front row of the "theater".

On a side note, on rainy days the characters are in the hallway to the right of the picture pickup counter and there was little to no wait to see them. At one point I had Chip, Dale, Goofy, Pluto, Robinhood and 2 others all to myself with my sleeping twins.

Also a good spot at Epcot is the 2 Inovations buildings. You can find a corner that has less traffic and the air conditioning is great. The Kodak building @ MK is a much better than this spot but my twins still napped well.

Here is the trick... don't wait in line for the two characters outside the building under the cover when it's raining. There will be a line for them. Just go in the front door and stay to the right, as you pass the picture pickup counter you will see more characters with only a couple of people with them. There were anywhere from 4 to 6 characters in the hallway.
