I went to my local Walmart today and found dark iron on transfer sheets for INK JET printers in the craft section. I'm not sure how much it was, but it came a package of three sheets. :cool1:

I wasn't sure where to put this fyi at.

Thanks for the information! Do you know what brand it was? I bought a 5 pack of 8-12" x 11" Avery transfers for dark shirts at Wal-Mart over by the computer papers. I don't remember how much they were. They came through the first wash looking good! I had much better luck with the dark than I have had with the light. I don't know if it was user error on the light or not.

Sorry, I didn't save this thread in my CP. No, its not Avery, its called Print 'n Press. I think the price was in the $6.95 range (def. below $7.00). Print 'n Press is o.k. however my shirt designs have peeled. In a pinch this product is fine, but don't expect it to last long term.

you just have to turn shirts inside out for dryer. It's been 5 months and they're ok...some are cracked [forgot to turn inside out]....

I ran out of time to get the stuff people recommended. Now I can't figure out where and who and how much, etc...

links ideas etc.?

Thanks.

Trish

Avery, 5 sheets, 8 1/2 X 11, Dark T-Shirt Transfer...$9.87 @ Walmart.

I had NO trouble using them tonight...Will let you know what happens after I wash them a few times.

I just used the Walmart dark shirt paper. Same stuff....9.87. It looks and feels great on the shirt. Won't know how it holds up till I wash it. It was Avery brand. I will let you know. :wizard:

I used the Avery dark paper in October and December and, for the most part the shirts have held up reasonably well. I would use it again for a shirt that I didn't want to keep forever, if that makes any sense. I am going to try the ebay paper next time for comparison.
