For those of you interested in slings and other baby carriers, I recently got one that is amazing. It's a Sutemi. I haven't had the chance to use it at WDW yet, but we went on vacation to Chattanooga, and I wore my 25 pound 9-month-old (who wears a 3T!) in it much of the time. I originally bought it so that we'd have something DH was comfortable wearing, but he hurt his back the first night of our trip, so I wore him the whole time. The shoulders have thick padding, so it never got uncomfortable there. The baby never got too hot, either.
Until now, Kozy carriers have been my favorite for babies too big for the cradle hold in a sling, but this is my new favorite. It's more comfortable on my shoulders, and it doesn't have those really long ties.
The only potential negative is that the baby has to ride facing you. They can ride on your tummy or back (although ladies probably won't want to wear it on their backs because the straps have to criss-cross, and it causes a little too much emphasis to the chest area
). That wasn't a problem for us, though. DS loved being right there in my face. It's not that great for nursing, either, unless your baby just happens to be the exact height that will put his mouth in the right place. Even if that were to happen, you'd need to wear a nursing shirt, and it still wouldn't be very discreet. Nevertheless, it's a great carrier, and I just wanted to share.
