Not to worry ... just get there early and get at the front of the "B" line and you will be good. We've been C's before (albeit, at the beginning of the C line) and still have been able to sit together.
We just did a trip with B passes also. We were midway back on B and had no problem getting 3 seats together. If you aim for the back of the plane that is the easiest to get seats together anyway.

I think that if you were to survey every passenger that travels with SWA, you will get very few horror stories of not being able to find a seat together with your family.
We hear at the DIS just get to hear them more than the good stories of people moving to accomodate a mother with her children.
