I forgot to bank this year’s points and ended up borrowing from 2025. Can this be fixed?

I forgot to bank this year’s points and ended up borrowing from 2025. Can this be fixed?

Contact member services. I've heard they allow a one time forgiveness on these types of things but YMMV.

They said the only thing they could do is leave the borrowed 2025 points alone and move my 2023 points into 2024. Those points can be banked, if needed.

I can’t believe I messed it up! I usually write it all down ahead of time and then look at it. If I need to bank points, I do it the day before booking. I then look at my paper as I make a reservation. I didn’t do that this time because we were at WDW Lesson learned!

Glad to hear that at least you can still get those 2023 points banked into 2024, and free up some of your 2024 points that can later be banked, even though you are now stuck with borrowed 2025 points.

I somehow didn’t notice when I was booking my reservation. I think being at WDW was too distracting for me. At least I didn’t make any mistakes when booking my mom’s, right after booking mine.
